We faced the challenge of structuring our communication flow across different platforms, specifically WhatsApp and email, to ensure our students receive the right information at the right time. Additionally, we need to establish an efficient process for replying to messages to ensure timely and effective communication with our student base.

Without clear guidelines or assigned responsibilities, messages from our students may go unanswered or receive delayed responses, negatively impacting their satisfaction and perception of our customer service.
Integrated Communication Platform: Develop an integrated communication platform that consolidates all communication channels, including WhatsApp and email, into a single interface. This platform should allow seamless communication between Tekie and its students, ensuring consistent messaging and reducing the risk of information discrepancies.
Automated Information Delivery: Implement automated systems that deliver relevant information to students based on their enrolled courses, preferences, and engagement history. By leveraging student data, we can personalise the information shared with each student, ensuring they receive the updates, course materials, deadlines, and announcements that are specifically relevant to them.
